| wow haven't been on this in a while..
but
admist all my isu's and gay homework due i'm here to make a quick blog
ONE MORE MONTH OF HIGHSCHOOL!!!!!

| okay i read this on a friend's livejournal and i thot i'd post it here..
One day, a man went to visit a church. He got
there early, parked his car, and got out. Another
car pulled up near and the driver got out and
said,"I always park there! You took my place!"
The visitor went inside for Sunday School, found
an empty seat and sat down. A young lady from
the church approached him and stated,
"That's my seat! You took my place!"
The visitor was somewhat distressed by this rude
welcome, but said nothing.
After Sunday School, the visitor went into the
sanctuary and sat down.
Another member walked up to him and
said, "That's where I always sit! You took my
place!"
The visitor was even more troubled by this
treatment, but still He said nothing.
Later as the congregation was praying for Christ
to dwell among them, the visitor stood up, and his
appearance began to change.
Horrible scars became visible on his hands and on
his sandaled feet.
Someone from the congregation noticed him and
called out, "What happened to you?"
The visitor replied, as his hat became a crown of
thorns, and a tear fell from his eye, "I took your
place."

| PRECON '05
okay sooooo i've read alot of people's blogs about precon so i'll keep this brief
-JR. BOYS BASKETBALL CHAMPIONS... haha oh man i never expected that, but yeah it was fun winning something
-MNW DANCE TEAM.... so all that practise paid off, we came into the competiton to represent our chapter and showcase the talent that God's given us, and we did just that.
-MNW BAND... all i can say is you guys were awesome and your all winners to me, watching you guys on stage made me so proud. you guys rock
-TALKS/SHARERS... wow i really needed all of those. it's like i could relate to something from every speaker, it was like God telling me exactly what i needed to hear.
-WORSHIP- it was great to be able to just come together as the west cluster, forgetting the chapters we were representing and just remembering the reason that we were all there, to give glory to God
so that's precon pretty much in a nutshell... here's a pic of MNW dance team (thanks ate pie =P)
P.S congratulations to Southwest/Hamilton.. you guys were awesome! |
